Eggplant Oyster Sauce

Materials:

2 medium eggplant cut 2cm.
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 cm slices of ginger finely.
1 tbsp oyster sauce
sugar
pepper.
100cc water
1 stalk coriander leaves cut 1 cm

How to cook:

Cut the eggplant and fry until slightly faded, lift it.
Saute garlic with 1 tbsp oil, add ginger, until changes colors,enter the oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, add the eggplant poke average, water, cooking until the sauce slightly cooked, served with a coriander leaves topping
